BALANCED AROMA YIN & MEDITATION
Aromatherapy yin for balanced life & guided meditation. In February our theme is Balanced Life. We learn how to do an integral yin practice for our body and mind, and how to cultivate our vitality and energy.
We hide emotions inside our body and in deep tissues. Mindful yin practice with long held poses and essential oils help to calm down the parasympathetic nervous system and release all extra.
Slow yin poses allow us to turn inside and let go with seasonally chosen quality essential oils.
It prepares and softens us to guided meditation which suits also to beginners.
This is a slow and relaxing practice to leave back the old things and to enter to new month on every closing Sunday of the month. The event is bilingual, English and Spanish if needed.
