ONLINE by ZOOM – YIN & GUIDED MEDITATION. Join us to practice yin, hydrate and open the body and calm the mind. We target to cultivate our vitality, wellbeing and balance.
We hide emotions inside our bodies and in deep tissues. Mindful yin practice with long held poses helps to calm down the parasympathetic nervous system and release all extra out.
Slow yin poses allow us to turn inside and let go all unnecessary.
It prepares and softens us to guided meditation which suits also to beginners.
This is a healing and relaxing practice to leave back the old things and to enter to a new week on every Sunday evening. The event is bilingual, English and Spanish if needed.
